Why I'm Building Summit53

Two weeks ago, I stepped away from a stable role in enterprise sales to go all-in on Summit53.
No fanfare. No funding announcement. Just conviction and a clear plan.

Summit53 is a sales intelligence and execution platform.
We're focused on helping sales teams improve deal quality, pipeline hygiene, and execution—starting with smarter meeting prep and opportunity scoring.

Why Now?

Over the past year, I saw the gap widen between the sales processes we talk about—and what actually gets done.

CRM hygiene is still painful.
Reps are overwhelmed.
Sales managers lack the signal they need to coach well and forecast confidently.

I believe there's a better way—one where AI supports the process behind the scenes, but doesn't get in the way of selling.

What We're Building

We're starting small and focused:

  • Meeting Prep that ties directly to deal structure
  • Opportunity Scoring based on MEDDPIC coverage
  • Smart Follow-Ups that reduce admin and drive momentum

We're not trying to replace CRMs. We're building the layer that makes them work better.

Right now, I'm validating core use cases with early customers.
