How These Three Views Work Together

Start with Flow: Understand where deals are moving. Which forecast categories are growing? Are healthy deals progressing toward commit?

Check Velocity: Identify stalled opportunities. Deals sitting in Proposal for 30+ days are at risk. See which stages have idleness problems.

Drill into Opportunities: For any deal that looks suspicious (slow, unhealthy, or incomplete framework), open the Opportunities view and click the deal to see detailed risk factors, next actions, and coaching recommendations.

Act: Take immediate action on stalled deals, coach reps on qualification gaps, or adjust your forecast based on objective risk data—not gut feel.
