Overview
The Quota Management page is where you set and maintain sales quotas for your team. It shows attainment against target at a glance and lets you edit individual quotas, run bulk updates, import from a file, and apply AI-suggested targets. Quotas configured here drive attainment across dashboards, forecasts, and coaching.
Getting there
Open the Quotas card from the Settings hub, or go to /revenue-intelligence/settings/quotas.
Period and view
Two controls sit at the top of the page:
- Quotas set for: choose the period the quota values apply to โ Month, Quarter, or Year.
- View: switch the tableโs display between Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly.
Summary cards
Above the table, four cards summarise the current period: Total Quota, Attainment (percentage to target), Coverage (how many users have quotas set, e.g. 13 / 18), and Average Quota per rep.
The attainment table
Each row lists a user with their role and team, current quota, attainment, and a status. Use the row Actions to set or edit that personโs quota. Statuses you will see include:
- On track โ pacing at or above plan.
- At risk โ near target but trending down.
- Behind โ below the expected pace.
- No quota โ no target set for this user yet.
- 100% ramp โ a ramping rep whose target is adjusted for their ramp period.
Toolbar actions
- Help โ opens the in-page Quota Management guide covering primary quota period, automatic calculations, individual quotas, and bulk updates.
- AI Suggestions โ proposes quota targets you can review and apply.
- Bulk Edit โ update many quotas at once rather than row by row.
- Import โ load quotas from a file for a fast initial setup.
Setting a quota
- Confirm the period under Quotas set for.
- Find the user in the table and open their row Actions.
- Enter the target amount and save.
- Watch the Coverage and Total Quota summary cards update.
Troubleshooting
- Coverage looks low: rows showing No quota need a target โ set them individually or via Import.
- Attainment seems off: check you are viewing the right period; monthly, quarterly, and yearly views calculate against different targets.
- Ramping reps: a 100% ramp label means the target reflects the repโs ramp schedule rather than a full quota.
