Available Tools

The Summit53 MCP server exposes 47 tools organized into nine categories. All tools are accessible to any connected MCP client. This reference documents each tool with its description, example prompts, and usage notes.

You do not need to call tools by name β€” just describe what you need in natural language and the AI assistant will select the appropriate tool. The names below are provided for reference and troubleshooting.

Tools are grouped into read-only tools (search, intelligence, forecasting), write tools (notes, outreach management, value tracking), and async tools (research, AI-generated summaries) that queue work for background processing.

Find and filter CRM records using flexible search criteria.

get_opportunity

Get full details for a specific opportunity or deal by ID, including stage, amount, owner, health score, close date, and more. Use this when you already know the deal ID and need its complete record.

search_opportunities

Search and filter CRM opportunities and deals by name, stage, account, and value range. Useful for finding specific deals or building filtered lists for review.

search_accounts

Search and filter CRM accounts by name, industry, owner, and revenue. Returns account details and key metrics.

Account Intelligence

Health scoring, risk detection, and qualification analysis at the account and deal level.

account_intelligence_summary

Dashboard-level metrics including health scores, at-risk accounts, and expansion candidates. Provides a bird’s-eye view of your entire account portfolio. Supports filtering by industry, territory, owner, and revenue range.

account_execution_health

Execution health score and deal-level health breakdown for a specific account. Shows how well the sales team is executing on each opportunity within the account.

Note: Requires an account name or account ID. The AI will use search_accounts first if you provide a name.

opportunity_framework_summary

Sales qualification framework scores for a specific opportunity. Supports MEDDPIC, BANT, SPICED, and THREE_WHYS frameworks. Returns component scores, overall score, and gaps to address.

Pipeline & Risk

Analyze pipeline health, identify risk concentrations, detect stalled deals, and drill into deal-level risk factors.

pipeline_risk_summary

Pipeline risk analysis including high-risk deals, risk distribution across stages, and overall confidence. Ideal for pipeline review meetings and forecast calls.

risk_heatmap

Paginated deal-level risk heatmap with risk scores, framework scores, and detailed risk factors for each deal. Supports sorting and filtering for focused analysis.

deal_drag_summary

Summary metrics for Deal Drag analysis: stalled deal counts, average waste scores, risk distribution, and top qualification gaps across the pipeline. A quick health check on deal velocity.

deal_drag_dashboard

Full Deal Drag dashboard with paginated stalled opportunities, waste score breakdowns, drag patterns, and recovery strategies. Filter by score range, stage, activity level, or specific reps.

Forecasting

Revenue forecasts, ARR analytics, confidence scoring, and executive-level revenue intelligence.

forecast_confidence

Forecast data with confidence scores, rep performance metrics, pipeline velocity, and quota coverage. The primary tool for understanding forecast health.

arr_growth_analytics

ARR growth metrics including total ARR, net retention rate, and growth stage classification. Supports trend analysis over configurable time periods.

arr_growth_narrative

unified_forecast_summary

Activity

Track engagement, identify neglected accounts, and get AI-prioritized action plans for individuals and teams.

activity_gaps

Find accounts with no recent engagement β€” accounts that have not been touched in a configurable number of days. Essential for maintaining healthy account coverage.

weekly_action_plan

Prioritized weekly action plan with tasks, risk summaries, and suggested actions. The AI analyzes your pipeline and generates the highest-impact activities for the week ahead.

team_action_plan

Notes & Activities

Read, create, and summarize deal notes and activity logs. AI-generated summaries distill deal history into actionable context.

Get the AI-generated notes summary for a specific opportunity or deal. Returns a synthesized overview of all logged notes, highlighting key themes, decisions, and next steps.

rebuild_opportunity_notes_summary

Rebuild or regenerate the AI notes summary for a specific opportunity from scratch. Useful after adding several new notes or if the existing summary feels stale. This is an async operation β€” the refreshed summary will be available shortly after.

Async: Results are queued for background processing. The updated summary will appear once regeneration completes.

get_opportunity_activities

List all activities (calls, emails, meetings, notes) for a specific opportunity or deal. Optionally filter by activity type to focus on a specific channel.

get_opportunity_notes

List all notes for a specific opportunity or deal. Returns the raw note entries with timestamps, authors, and content.

create_opportunity_note

Create a new note on an opportunity or deal. Also triggers an async update of the AI-generated notes summary so it stays current.

Research

External intelligence gathering to enrich your account data with web and news sources.

external_account_research

Queue external web and news research for a specific account. Results arrive asynchronously and are stored in the account record. Use this to gather fresh intelligence before important meetings.

Rate limit: 10 requests/minute (lowest limit due to external API costs). Async: Results are queued and will appear in the account record once processing completes.

Outreach

Manage outreach leads, sequences, and enrollment workflows. Search leads, run multi-step sequences, process due steps, and convert engaged leads into CRM records.

search_outreach_leads

Search and filter outreach leads by query, status, stage, tier, fit rating, touchpoint stage, engagement signal, and more. Supports pagination for large result sets.

Get full details for a specific outreach lead including list memberships, sequence enrollments, and recent activity history.

Update fields on an existing outreach lead. Only the fields you provide are changed β€” everything else stays as-is. Supports status, stage, fit rating, notes, contact details, and more.

bulk_upsert_outreach_leads

Create or update outreach leads in bulk from structured data. Returns per-row outcomes (created, updated, skipped, or error). Supports up to 200 leads per call with configurable deduplication strategies: email_only, email_company, or none.

List outreach lead lists with lead counts. Optionally filter by name or owner.

List the predefined outreach starter templates available for assistants and operators. Use these as a starting point when creating new sequences.

Enroll one or more outreach leads into a published sequence version. Optionally start execution immediately or schedule for later.

process_outreach_due_steps

Trigger due-step processing for outreach enrollments. Can run across the entire org or for a specific enrollment. Executes any automated steps that are now due based on timing rules.

Get the Valueβ†’Impact diagnostic card for an account: fulfilment score, category, expansion readiness, evidence confidence, and recommended actions. The single-screen view of whether you’re delivering on your promises.

get_value_contract

Get the value contract with promised outcomes for a specific opportunity. Shows what was committed to the customer at close β€” the baseline against which impact is measured.

generate_value_contract

Generate or regenerate a value contract draft from opportunity notes. Requires the opportunity to be in Closed Won stage. This is an async AI operation β€” the contract will be available once processing completes.

list_account_contracts

List all contracts for an account with dates, ARR, status, and primary flag. Useful for understanding the full commercial relationship.

update_account_contract

Update contract dates, ARR, term months, department, or product. Only the fields you provide are changed.

set_primary_contract

Set a contract as the primary contract for an account. The primary contract is used as the default scope for value impact analysis.

List post-sale impact entries (evidence) for a specific contract. Each entry represents proof that value is being delivered β€” metrics improvements, customer feedback, usage milestones, etc.

create_impact_entry
