Mailboxes & Sync
- Connect Mailbox: Starts OAuth flow for the signed‑in user
- Disconnect: Remove a mailbox; confirmation required
- Trigger Sync: Ingest latest Gmail threads and Calendar meetings; shows summary (imported/queued/updated)
Manual Review
- Low‑confidence items are queued so users stay in control
- Review, approve, or discard before logging to CRM

- Monitor ingestion rates and errors
- Spot inactive mailboxes or high queue volumes
Notes
- Per‑user connections — each seller must connect their mailbox
- OAuth scopes requested are limited to Gmail/Calendar read/write for logging
