What Integrations Enable

Connect your GTM systems so Summit53 can ingest activities, sync CRM objects, and surface AI insights. This section covers the supported integrations and how to configure each one.

Supported Integrations

  • Salesforce: OAuth, object sync, field mapping, and push‑back to Opportunity fields
  • Google Workspace: Per‑user Gmail/Calendar ingestion, review queue, insights
  • Spreadsheets: CSV/XLS(X) import with column and stage mapping
  • Slack: OAuth, notifications, slash commands, activity tracking

Common Patterns

  • OAuth 2.0 flows with explicit status checks and connect/disconnect actions
  • Per‑user vs Org: Gmail is per‑user; Salesforce/Slack are org connections
  • Sync Management: Preview/estimate → start → track progress → view history
  • Field/Stage Mapping: Map external fields/stages to Summit53 objects
  • Rate Limits: Respect provider limits; filters and presets help stay within budget

Prerequisites

  • Admin access in Summit53 to reach /admin/integrations
  • Provider admin privileges where required (Salesforce Connected App, Slack app install)
