The Revenue Playbook helps AEs and leaders translate the Simplified Dashboardโ€™s metrics into concrete execution: what to do now, how to run the day, what scenarios to prepare for, and how metrics connect.

Access

  • From the Simplified Dashboard header, click Revenue Playbook
  • Appears as a right-side slideโ€‘out; click outside or โ€œClose Playbookโ€ to dismiss

Tabs

  • ๐Ÿ“‹ What to Do Now (SmartPriorities): Prioritized actions across forecast, quota, risk, and data quality; mark items complete
  • ๐ŸŒ… Daily Routine (DailyRoutineGuide): Recommended flow by confidence level, revenue at risk, and actions required
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Scenarios (ScenarioPlaybook): Common revenue scenarios with severity, expected outcomes, and steps
  • ๐Ÿ”— How Metrics Connect (MetricRelationships): Explains relationships (coverage โ†’ confidence; velocity โ†’ attainment) and levers to pull

Inputs

  • Reads unified forecast, revenue at risk, pipeline health, quota metrics, and required actions
  • Works with default-safe metrics if some data is unavailable

Usage Tips

  • Use daily; complete highโ€‘impact items first, then routine tasks
  • Pair with Revenue at Risk mitigation and Exports for alignment
