Overview

The Pipeline Playbook gives sales leaders a slideโ€‘out command center for coaching and pipeline correction. It aggregates coverage, risk, velocity, and forecast gap to propose focused actions.

Access

  • Open from Pipeline Intelligence pages where โ€œPlaybookโ€ is available
  • Appears as a right-side slideโ€‘out; click outside or โ€œClose Playbookโ€ to dismiss
  • Totals: Deal count, total pipeline, and coverage ratio
  • Urgent banner appears when coverage is low, risk concentration is high, too many stuck deals, or gap is not coverable
