The Pipeline Playbook gives sales leaders a slideโout command center for coaching and pipeline correction. It aggregates coverage, risk, velocity, and forecast gap to propose focused actions.
Access
- Open from Pipeline Intelligence pages where โPlaybookโ is available
- Appears as a right-side slideโout; click outside or โClose Playbookโ to dismiss
Header & Metrics
- Totals: Deal count, total pipeline, and coverage ratio
- Urgent banner appears when coverage is low, risk concentration is high, too many stuck deals, or gap is not coverable
