Navigate to any opportunity → Click the Conversations tab

Select Template & Enter Your Request
Choose a template that matches your communication goal and enter specific details
Review, Refine & Use
Review the AI-generated content, refine if needed, then copy or save
Use the copy button to copy to clipboard, or save as a note in the opportunity
