Summit53 Revenue Intelligence gives Account Executives and Sales Leaders a single, real-time view of forecast, quota performance, pipeline health, and revenue risk β€” with actions that help you course-correct fast.

Simplified Dashboard Overview

The Simplified Dashboard focuses on the essentials with mobile-friendly interactions. It auto-refreshes and can poll data every 60 seconds.

Header Controls

  • Period: Choose a preset period (e.g., This Quarter) via the period selector
  • Role View: Switch between CRO, VP Sales, and Sales Manager views
  • Detail Level (desktop): Minimal, Standard, Detailed
  • Revenue Playbook: Opens guidance and recommendations panel
  • Export: Email summary, Excel report, and Executive PowerPoint
  • Refresh: Force-refreshes unified data
  • Classic View: Switch to the legacy dashboard

Executive Summary Cards

  • AI Forecast: ML forecast or manual commit with confidence
  • Quota Attainment: Attained vs target, with on-track status
  • Revenue at Risk: Total at risk and impacted deals
  • Pipeline Coverage: Ratio vs target and win rate context

Core Widgets

Forecast Command

Shows the most likely forecast with a confidence range. Confidence combines ML, manual commit, and execution health. Use the info icon for details and the disclosure to view components. Link to Pipeline Intelligence is included for deeper analysis.

Quota Progress

Displays attainment with a visual progress bar. Expected progress marker adjusts to your selected period. If off track, recovery guidance suggests a daily target to close the gap.

Revenue at Risk

Summarizes total revenue at risk, deal count, and primary risk. Expand to view top at‑risk deals; open the Mitigation Plan to see recommended actions by owner and recovery scenarios.

Pipeline Health

Composite score based on pipeline coverage, lead velocity, and other KPIs. Use details to view completeness and hygiene issues by field, owner, and stage.

Win Rate Trend

Visualizes win rate with trend and sample size to assess forecast reliability.
