Revenue Intelligence: Quick Start (AEs)

Objective

In 2 minutes, get oriented, find at‑risk revenue, and act on the highest‑impact items.

Steps

  1. Open /revenue-intelligence. Set Period and ensure your Role view is correct (e.g., Sales Manager or AE context).
  2. Check AI Forecast and confidence. Expand β€œView Forecast Components” to see ML vs manual commit.
  3. Review Quota Progress. If behind, note the Daily Target tip to close the gap.
  4. Open Revenue at Risk. Expand to view top deals. Click Review Mitigation Plan to see recommended actions and recovery scenarios.
  5. Scan Action Center for required actions. Complete items or assign owners. For deeper guidance, open the Revenue Playbook.
  6. Open Revenue Playbook for guidance and recommended next steps across forecast, pipeline, and data quality.
  7. Use Export to email a snapshot or download Excel/PPT for a manager sync.
