Steps
- Open
/revenue-intelligence. Set Period and ensure your Role view is correct (e.g., Sales Manager or AE context). - Check AI Forecast and confidence. Expand βView Forecast Componentsβ to see ML vs manual commit.
- Review Quota Progress. If behind, note the Daily Target tip to close the gap.
- Open Revenue at Risk. Expand to view top deals. Click Review Mitigation Plan to see recommended actions and recovery scenarios.
- Scan Action Center for required actions. Complete items or assign owners. For deeper guidance, open the Revenue Playbook.
- Open Revenue Playbook for guidance and recommended next steps across forecast, pipeline, and data quality.
- Use Export to email a snapshot or download Excel/PPT for a manager sync.
