One-Slide Structure
1) Headline (top line)
Template: We are currently [on/off] plan with [high/medium/low] confidence, driven by [primary growth engine], with [top risk] as the main constraint.
2) KPI Strip (four boxes)
- Forecast: value + confidence range
- Quota: attainment and expected progress status
- Revenue at Risk: amount + number of exposed deals
- Pipeline Health: score + win-rate trend direction
3) Growth Quality Block (ARR)
- ARR stage (Acquisition, Retention, Expansion, Transitional)
- ARR mix split (New Business, Renewal, Expansion)
- NRR quality tier and confidence context
- Largest ARR lift gap to p50 benchmark
4) Risk and Confidence Block
- Top risk driver from Revenue at Risk / Pipeline Health
- Data confidence level and whether numbers are board-safe
- Any caveat that materially changes interpretation
5) Action Commitment Block
- Top two actions from Action Center
- Owner and timeframe for each action
- Expected ARR impact range and next review date

Slide Quality Check
- Does each claim tie to one visible dashboard metric?
