  • Totals: Amount at risk, % of pipeline, and deal count
  • Risk Level: Moderate, High, Critical based on % of pipeline
  • Primary Cause: Framework, Engagement, or Execution patterns
  • Top Deals: Expand to view at‑risk opportunities and risk indicators

Mitigation Plan Modal

  • Recovery Scenarios: Conservative 25%, Target 50%, Aggressive 75% recovery estimates
  • Required Actions: Owner, deadline, and priority badges (e.g., complete MEDDPIC, re‑engage champions)
  • At‑Risk Deals: Click a deal to review amount, close date, owner, and primary risk
  • Execution: Download plan or click “Start Executing Plan” to move into action

Leader Usage

  • Before forecast/commit reviews, open the mitigation plan to align on rescue actions
  • Track completion weekly; monitor changes in confidence and risk totals
