The Revenue Playbook provides guided actions and relationships across metrics to help you move the forecast, improve attainment, and de‑risk the pipeline.

Access

  • From the Simplified Dashboard, click Revenue Playbook in the header.
  • Opens as a panel with tabs and context‑aware insights.

Key Features

  • Metric Relationships: See how coverage, velocity, win rate, and data quality affect confidence and attainment.
  • Recommendations: Prioritized action items with impact and owners (e.g., β€œComplete MEDDPIC”, β€œRe‑engage champions”).
  • Context Awareness: Pulls from unified forecast, risks, and KPIs.

Suggested Workflow

  1. Open Playbook and scan top recommendations.
  2. Align with Revenue at Risk and Action Center to create a single execution plan.
  3. Share status via Export β†’ Email Summary.

Coaching

  • Use Playbook in rep 1:1s to connect actions to forecast impact.
  • Track completion against weekly plan and revisit confidence trend.
