Access
- From the Simplified Dashboard, click Revenue Playbook in the header.
- Opens as a panel with tabs and contextβaware insights.
Key Features
- Metric Relationships: See how coverage, velocity, win rate, and data quality affect confidence and attainment.
- Recommendations: Prioritized action items with impact and owners (e.g., βComplete MEDDPICβ, βReβengage championsβ).
- Context Awareness: Pulls from unified forecast, risks, and KPIs.
Suggested Workflow
- Open Playbook and scan top recommendations.
- Align with Revenue at Risk and Action Center to create a single execution plan.
- Share status via Export β Email Summary.
Coaching
- Use Playbook in rep 1:1s to connect actions to forecast impact.
- Track completion against weekly plan and revisit confidence trend.
